BOWLING!!!

yo people!!!today we had our 2nd youth outing for the year!!!!!!hehhehehehe...and it was awesome!!!!!
we had a bowling competition!!!!we started bout 4...bout 36 of us...izzit??went for this thingi....so..it was like four in a group..and we had 9 lanes....well...honestly...i've never bowled before..and probably some of the others hasn't bowled too..rite??hehhe....so..we were like amature's(did i get that rite?hehe) throwing the ball hoping for it to enter!!not masuk longkang!!hehe...
some was supperr funny...they we like holding the ball..wanting to throw it but woops!!!it slipped out and drop!!hehe...mine too!!!(ok..now the whole world knows!!)..guess what??i really tak de tenaga that time..so i hold the ball...stationary...suddenly..DROP!!alamak!!!heheh...malunya!!!well...to the people that laughed at me...ish!!i really no energy dla..hehe...ok..continue,..
the winner of the group was philip, sam, zoey and ann-louie!!congrats to u guys!!(but not fairla...u guys bowled!!!hehehehe)
second was ju-lyirn, rachel, prassan and charles!!congrats to u guys too!!( except prassan..he always shout my ball enter longkang!!and moz of them actually did!!!ish!!)
best female was joyce!!congrats!!haha...she say dunno how to play mane tau menang!!and......i won second!!!woohoooo!!!from a nobody...to a somebody!!kakkakaak
and..the best male was sam!!second was...our very own pastor!!!Pastor Jerry!!!yahoo!!!!hehehe...overall...it was awesome...everyone had a great time..rite????hehe..after that some of us wnet makan...the rest dunno dissapeard where..so...moz of all...thank God for the fun and fellowship that we had!!and thank sam too for organizing it!!

Are you a goody kid?

Yesterday during the OT Class, my dad, for whatever-reason was reading from a RSV Bible, and as he read Exodus 2:

Now a man from the house of Levi went and took to wife a daughter of Levi.

The woman conceived and bore a son; and when she saw that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.

And when she could hide him no longer she took for him a basket made of bulrushes, and daubed it with bitumen and pitch; and she put the child in it and placed it among the reeds at the river's brink.

And his sister stood at a distance, to know what would be done to him.

Now the daughter of Pharaoh came down to bathe at the river, and her maidens walked beside the river; she saw the basket among the reeds and sent her maid to fetch it.

And yeah on and on.. the thing is, instead of reading 'goodly', he accidentally read 'goody', and honestly I nearly burst out LOUD laughing.. Moses was a goody child! :D At first I thought my dad was trying to be funny, then I realized it was from the RSV.

Lol. Goody kid. It's like the other day my friend was talking about the mammon teaching [You cannot serve God and mammon." (Matthew 6:19-24 RSV) ... We say that we serve God but we are actually serving mammon; that is, materialism, wealth. ...], and I went like 'what??'

Talk about different bible translations... Hee.
